TERMS OF USE FOR RJKGAMING.COM (RISE OF JEDI KNIGHTS)

BY USING THIS SITE YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE IN ANY WAY TO THE BELOW TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
The following will be referred to throughout this document. RJK/ We -> Rise of Jedi Knights. This Site -> http://www.rjkgaming.com. Services -> Use of http://www.rjkgaming.com.
Rise of Jedi Knights is a service provided free of charge to all who choose to use it. Membership is entirely optional and may be canceled by the user or terminated by RJK at any time.
Registration and Cancellation
Multiple accounts are NOT permitted. All people have the right to one account on RJK. Providing a valid email address to RJK (that can be viewed by the public) is required. If you do not wish to do this, please do not register or please request to have your account terminated. All members will receive an email with their login information at the address provided during registration. We also ask that all children under the age of 13 years ask their parents or guardians for permission before registering on this site. If you choose to leave RJK at any time, your member information will remain in the database.
Account Termination
RISE OF JEDI KNIGHTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT THE PRIOR CONSENT OF THE USER. Account termination will result from disregarding these Terms of Use. If you are banned you will receive notification at the email address entered in your profile. Two of the main reasons for account termination are hacking or recruiting members of RJK for a similar gaming group while you're on active status in RJK.
Off Site Services
This site may contain links to other sites, and we cannot be held responsible for the material contained on those sites. We will not allow links placed on this site leading to any third party service that does not limit their site to a PG-13 rating level.
User Responsibilities
As a user of this site it is your job to keep your login information confidential, your email address up to date, and any other information you do not want to be displayed private.
Comlinks, PlayerFiles, IRC, & TeamSpeak
These are all areas where what people do shows up instantly. We have no immediate control over the events that take place and cannot be held responsible for them in any way. We will monitor all of these services on a regular basis and reserve the right to remove comlink posts or playerfiles or deny use of these services to anyone at any time. No file types other than those specified on the playerfiles and other file upload pages are to be uploaded. Any file uploaded to the RJK site may be reviewed by the appropriate people at any time. The graphics and other files uploaded in your playerfiles must not exceed the limit displayed on the bottom of the page. All files must be for RJK or RJK related use only and appropriate in content. They can in no way harm any part of RJK.

You agree not to hold RJK, its users, or affiliates responsible for any and all claims or demands that may come out of your use of this site or related material.
Copyright Information
All original material on this site (including coding, graphics, etc) is the property of the Rise of Jedi Knights Organization and cannot be used without permission. The names of actual companies, services and products mentioned herein are also the property of their respective owners.
Privacy Policy
RJK will not give out your personal information such as passwords (all passwords are encrypted - no one can ever see them) to anyone else. Please be aware though that the information entered into your profile can be viewed by anyone who visits this site. All profile information except for your email address is optional and we suggest you leave it blank or only fill in what you feel comfortable with others seeing. One valid email address is required. This site uses cookies to track who you are from page to page while you are logged in. Also be aware that "Private Messages" sent through our private message system are the property of RJK and are not a 100% secure way of communicating.
Submitted Content
Any and all physical data such as playerfiles, graphics, comlink posts, etc. submitted by users becomes the property of RJK, however RJK does not claim exclusive ownership to all content submitted by its members. Submitting content does not mean you give up your rights to it but grant RJK the right to display it or modify it "as we see fit".
Changes/Additions
RJK reserves the right to make changes to the above policies as we see fit. If any changes are made we will inform all registered users by email or by a mass comlink post.
