| About the Graphics Office |
 The Graphics Office has one of the simplest yet most time consuming jobs in RJK. They are tasked with creating all graphics needed for sites in the official RJK network. When graphics such as logos, awards, ranks, or ribbons are requesed the Head Graphics Officer will assign it to a deputy (or himself/ herself) and the deputy should complete it as soon as possible.
Graphics' Duties:
- Creating logos, awards, ranks, and ribbons for use on sites in the official RJK network
- All graphics deputies should check the graphics listing often for their assignments
- Only the Head Graphics Officer can give assignments out
- When an assignment is completed it should be uploaded to the graphics pool and then set to 100% on the project listing
- Assignments should be completed in a reasonable time frame unless the staff member is on Short Term Absence
